Meticulous production of natural ingredients
and extracts

Our manufacturing process is rigorously designed to guarantee the optimum quality of our natural plant-based active ingredients. Get safe, effective ingredients for all your formulations, whether organic or conventional!

1. Plant reception

Raw materials from organic or non-organic farming are carefully selected*.

2. Raw material extraction

We use advanced extraction methods to obtain the active compounds from the plants*.

3. Filtration

The extracts are filtered to separate the spent plant from the liquid containing the active ingredients.

4. Concentration if necessary

Extracts can be concentrated as required to increase the dry matter or active ingredient content.

5.Standardisation of fluid extract

We standardise extracts to guarantee a constant level of active ingredients in each batch.

6. Pasteurisation

To ensure the safety and stability of the products, the extracts are pasteurised according to precise scales.

7. Final filtration

Additional filtration is carried out to remove any foreign bodies in accordance with our HACCP study.

8. Packaging

Packaging is the last stage in our manufacturing process before our extracts are made available.

In the case of a powder extract, it is sprayed onto a carrier (gum arabic, wheat or maize maltodextrin), if necessary, after the pasteurisation phase. At the end of the process, blending and final grinding are carried out prior to packaging for shipment.

We attach the utmost importance to quality control at every stage of production. Our technicians and biochemical engineers test over 5,500 batches a year. Our production software ensures complete traceability, from raw material to finished product.

  • Meticulous checks are carried out at every stage of production: in addition to release analyses, around ten additional checks are carried out from receipt of the plant to the final extract.
