The forest blend is the result of combining different concentrates. It bringd together the flavours of the principal mushrooms of the forest in a single off-the-shelf product for use in your recipes.
Recipe example : Arancinis
- Make the stock (chicken, for example) using 1-2% Plantex
- shiitake concentrated extract
- Use the stock to cook a risotto
- Form balls from the cold risotto
- Coat in breadcrumbs and fry
