Presented at the innovation trophies, Plantex launches a range of concentrated aromatic oak extracts : Flav’oak.
They are used to provide specific woody notes in the aromatic industry or to enrich the aromatic profile of food products/spirit drinks.
There are 5 references within Flav’oak, each with a woody aromatic profile associated with a warm note: vanilla, coffee, cocoa, toastead, butterscotch.
In line with trendy ingredients in drinks, Plantex now offers a new range of liquid elderflower extracts for flavour purposes, dedicated to the food industry.
Plantex keeps the aromatic richness of elderflower so that all the flavour can be kept in these extracts. They are available in conventional and organic quality.
