At this new CFIA event (food trade show), Plantex brings to you its range of mushrooms for use in your savoury foods.

Intended for chefs and the food production and processing industries, these mushroom extracts (bolete, cep, oyster, truffle and forest blend) in concentrated and liquid form will give aromatic strength, complexity and typical qualities to food preparations.
